Strawberry Banana Cream

I like to experiment a lot in the kitchen. Sometimes it turns out, and sometimes it goes horribly wrong. This one went horribly RIGHT! My husband wouldn't believe me when I told him there wasn't any added sugar. 

And it is so stinking easy!

Let's not forget the healthy dose of manganese, antioxidants, potassium and healthy fats that are served up. A delicious treat you can feel good about eating!


  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (the creamy stuff from the can!)
  • 1/3 cup almond milk (or any milk alternative of your choice)
  • 5 frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana


A few hours before you are going to make this, be sure to put the can of coconut milk in the fridge to chill. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend. Its so easy!

Tip: the coconut milk will separate into a liquid and solid. Separate the two and just use the solid portion.

This is for 1 generous serving or 2 smaller servings!
