Cinnamon Coconut Cream

Need a delicious Sugar Free Living approved dessert? This is my new fave!

And its super simple. Which is critical because I don't like spending a ton of time in the kitchen. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Coconut Milk
  • Cinnamon Essential Oil
  • Cinnamon Powder

Directions:

Chill the coconut milk in the fridge for awhile. I leave it overnight to make sure its good to go. Chill the bowl and beaters in the freezer for about 15 minutes prior (this is especially critical if its hot or muggy in the kitchen). 

When you open the coconut milk you'll notice it has separated into a thick part and liquid part. Put the thick part in the bowl and leave the rest. 

Beat it up until smooth. Add a drop or 2 of the Cinnamon essential oil and beat it up some more.

It should form a nice creamy texture. Put in your bowl and sprinkle some cinnamon on top.

For an extra special treat add some berries!
