BEST AND WORST FRUITS

Not all fruits are created equal...in case you didn't know that already. This is especially true when it comes to their sugar content.

When we think about healthy eating and serving sizes, people tend to group fruits and vegetables together. But the reality is we need to keep the focus on vegetables.

The average person is in extreme deficiency of vegetables! If we are considering fries, ketchup and potato chips as a serving then we can consider ourselves in serious trouble.

On the other hand, fruits are a great way to satisfy that sweet craving.

Here is a list of the 'best' fruits with the lowest sugar content, and the 'worst' fruits containing the highest sugar content.

Of course I don't really think any of these fruits are bad. But when we are cutting out sugar, it is important to be aware of the amount of sugar you're getting in fruits. Choosing the low sugar fruits for a sweet craving can help ease you out of sugar's intense grips!
